Lieu is Welsh for Love. It’s a very fitting name for this guy as he seems to love everyone. He adores people and has been good with dogs at BRLA. Lieu loves riding in the car and is good on a leash. We found him at the Downey shelter and he is now at BRLA ready to meet all interested in making this Love their own.
