Cogsworth (6-7 months)'s Story...
Located in Astatula, FL. Available through Misfit.

Hi! My name is Cogsworth and I am a 6-7 month old Lab/Hound puppy in search of my forever home! My foster family says I am a sweet boy and do very well out in public. I learned how to walk on a leash very quickly and pick up commands pretty fast too. My favorite thing to do is play with my rescue friends. I love other dogs and play well in large groups. I am not a fan of cats, I prefer to be adopted out into a home that does not have any. I love my toys and chew bones. I am neutered, up to date on shots, dewormed and deflead. If you are interested in meeting me please contact my foster mom Trish at Tinfurchia@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cogsworth (6-7 months), a Groveland Hound (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Groveland, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Groveland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groveland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groveland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groveland paves the way for another one to be saved.
