Mandy is 18mths old, about 12lbs, and a sweet ball of fluff. She was a stray, so we have no history, but feel she was left outside a great deal with little attention from her owner. She is scared of people, will not acknowledge them, reluctant to walk on a leash, or run about on her own. Does OK with small dogs. She needs a quiet home, where her "person(s)" have the time and desire to patiently bring her out of her shell so she can enjoy the pleasures of a loving home and a good, full life, and become an affectionate, active companion.
