Esther's Story...
Hi! I'm Esther, and I need a forever family! I’m about 4 months old, but I was in a bad home situation where I wasn't loved. Someone told my foster mom about it and she came and got me the heck outta there! I LOVE playing with my foster mom and siblings. I'm very smart and sassy. I’m house and crate trained. My foster mom says I'm hilarious to watch play and that I look like a little teddy bear. If you need a cute snuggle buddy, adopt me today! Each dog in our rescue is in a loving foster home, where they can grow, play, and recover from their time spent on the streets or in a shelter. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Esther, a Indianapolis Labrador Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever puppy from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
