My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Socks is a black and white middle aged small dog with the markings of a Boston terrier and the size of a chihuahua. He is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested negative for heartworms. Socks acts like he had a good life at one point, but his body has a few scars as if he was scraped on pavement. He entered foster care already familiar with crates, leash walking, and seems eager to hop in a car. He was already neutered when Petsaver NC rescued him. Since we don't have much money invested in Socks, he is available to an approved home for a nominal fee. He has been mild mannered with the other dogs at his foster home, barked at a cat but didn't bother it, and willingly climbs in your lap if you're seated on the floor. He definitely likes to get his lips into canned cat food! Email petsavernc@bellsouth.net for an application for bat eared little Socks.
