My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Manny: "ADOPTION PENDING" 1 yr old, black & tan male, neutered, un-docked tail and un-cropped ears. Rescued from shelter.

Manny is a sweet, happy boy who loves to cuddle. We believe Manny has had a tough first year of his young life and was probably mistreated by a man. He tends to be somewhat fear aggressive to strangers, as he was not well socialized as a puppy. Once you gain his trust he is very loving, playful, protective and loves to cuddle with his human. He is very smart and has learned to sit & wait. He walks well on a lead but needs further training. I am not sure how well he interacts with children. He has done well with my other dogs but barks at and likes to chase my cats when he thinks no one is watching. He kennels very well and sleeps in a crate at night and while we are away. He does not bark a lot but will when he sees people or animals out in front of the house. Manny will make a wonderful addition to a loving home. He deserves someone who can give him attention and who will commit to continuing his training.
Note: Manny is located in Napa, CA and we will not fly this boy.

Arrangements can be made with the foster parent; however, it is a requirements that the Adoption Application be completed and approved first.
