Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please read before inquiring! "Clyde" is a sweet boy with very special needs! He is a tailless manx mix that is afflicted with manx syndrome (the animal equivalent of human spina bifida occulta in which the sacral spinal cord segments have not developed). Basically, he has urinary and fecal incontinence. We realize the chances of finding this guy a home are slim, because "Clyde" needs a very special caretaker (preferably someone with experience with incontinent animals) who can train him to wear premature baby diapers and keep his little bottom clean. He is otherwise a normal healthy kitten. Please contact his foster parent, Beth, directly at bakissack@ucdavis.edu for more information or if you are affiliated with a rescue group and may have suggestions/advice regarding placing special needs kitties.
