Hi, my name is Shirlee. I'm a five year old Chihuahua that was found as a stray during an ice storm with my buddy, Laverne. Laverne has long since been adopted. My foster family thinks I'm a real sweetie pie. They just don't understand WHY I have been in rescue so long - I guess the perfect fur-ever family hasn't come along yet! I love to snuggle, give kisses and play with my canine foster family (on my own terms, I am a chi-girl, you know). I was a bit of a pudge but now I'm leaner, a bit stronger and ready for my fur-ever family to come meet me and say that they want me! I'm crate trained although I would rather just lay in bed ALL day, I potty outside like a good girl (I go voluntarily now since its much warmer), and lastly I love LAPS. If I sound like the Chi girl for you, please come meet me. Shirlee is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, heart worm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchipped, had a dental, and de-wormed. Shirlee’s adoption fee is $250.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS.
