Ellie's Story...
They say the eyes are the windows to the soul...Well honestly, A more loving and loyal soul you will never meet. This sweet girl is Ellie. Ellie was abandoned in rural SW Miami and was part of the large rescue we did last December. She is roughly 7-8 years old, great on leash, perfect in the car, loves grown-ups and kids alike. She has been waiting far to long for her angel for to come and give her the home she so desperately wants and deserves. She needs out of a kennel so badly. She does love to have all the attention so she needs to be the only pet in the household which makes it a bit more challenging but there has got to be someone out there that would love to lay around on the sofa and cuddle with this our Angel Ellie. If that is you, please contact us at 877.506.8100 or 100plusabandoneddogs@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ellie, a Ft. Lauderdale German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Ft. Lauderdale, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Ft. Lauderdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ft. Lauderdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ft. Lauderdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ft. Lauderdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
