Nana's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Nana's Story...
Nana is SUCH a sweet, mellow pup!

She was one of three dogs we rescued from an abandoned building in Waterbury CT.

When we took Nana to be spayed, we discovered that she had a serious infection of the uterus, called pyometra - without prompt treatment she would likely have died. The vet estimates that she had 10-12 litters of puppies. She is about 7 years old - she was bred over and over again.

That is now in her past, however, and Nana is looking forward to a happy, healthy future! And Nana sure doesn't seem to hold her past against anyone! She's a sweet, loving, mellow pup who just seems to love everyone - including children and other dogs. She hasn't yet been tested with cats but we think she may do well with them, too.

Right now Nana is on a diet - she's about 15 lbs overweight. Other than that, she is healthy and ready to go home with some very lucky family!
