Boomer's Story...
BONDED PAIR: Must be place with Dixie Doxie mix

I am BOOMER! And I am the most gorgeous smaller sized mostly black and white Tri colored Basset you have EVER seen! I know I am, so why not brag? I am an easy going guy who just wants a soft place to live and my friend Dixie to dote on me. She needs that you know, being a small doxie/beagle mix and wanting to be a full Basset like me! If I were not here for her to dote on I am not sure what she would do! I don't mind though.. someone has to do it. And she is a good girl, housebroken JUST LIKE ME, and well mannered JUST LIKE ME, and such a cuddle bunny, JUST LIKE ME!

Come see us, maybe take us home for a test drive? We would love to show you how much you need us in your life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boomer, a Norman Basset Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound for sale in Norman, or seeking a Basset Hound dog from a breeder in Norman.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norman already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norman breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound breeders who help with Basset Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norman paves the way for another one to be saved.
