Are you looking for a dog with great manners, perfectly trained, and totally housebroken? That’s too bad. Lassie, Rin Tin Tin and Toto don’t often show up here! I’m about 1.5 years old and I’ve probably been pushed from one lousy situation to another. Don’t expect me to be feeling sorry for myself though! There is a lot of work to do if you adopt me but I never want to go to a home that will give up. Animatch thought I was so worth the effort – they never give up! Well, I am a cross-section of a lot of breeds and you gotta love my unique looks. The Volunteers say that I deserve as much love, care and respect as the next Westminster champion. I guarantee that giving me a stable home, training me, and loving me will make you a better person ... and me a great dog! I enjoy the company of other dogs as long as they are the playful type. I am most likely too rambunctious for small kids – I’d surely knock them over. I hate crates but I am not destructive. Since I am an adolescent and have so-oooo much energy, an active home where there are people around a lot during the day would be perfect. If you have a home where I would feel welcome, I’d sure love to meet you. I really can’t tell you why people abandoned me but now I’m looking for someone who never will.
