Gus's Story...
Hi, my name is Gus. I was brought into Memphis Animal Services (the city’s pound), after I was found lost and wandering. The city's shelter is a terrible place for any dog; so many never make it out. Some nice rescue ladies saw me and knew they had to help, they said that I needed a chance to belong to a family. I think that sounds wonderful and I can't wait until the day that happens!

I am 5 months old and all love. My adoption few is $425 and includes my vaccines, neutering, microchip and transportation from Memphis to you. Please email wilsonanimalrescue@yahoo.com for an adoption application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gus, a Eden Prairie Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie for sale in Eden Prairie, or seeking a Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Eden Prairie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eden Prairie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eden Prairie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eden Prairie paves the way for another one to be saved.
