My name is Mitzy and someone dumped me in a horrible rain storm knowing nice people would rescue me. Although everyone tried to find my owners, no one came forward so the team from Panacea took me under their wing and rescued me. I now live in a very nice foster home with lots of fun furry friends. Now I am just a sweet, happy, one year old girl, looking for a forever home.
