My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hugh is a seven year old, front paw declawed Siamese mix who came to us after his owner was contemplating euthanasia due to a move out of state. Lucky for Hugh, some caring people stepped in and coordinated his rescue. We are so grateful that they did because Hugh is amazing! Despite losing the only family he's ever known, he's been a total sweetheart. He does seem to prefer people to other animals so he may do best as an only cat. He loves to play with his toys and loves attention. He's also so cross-eyed his previous vet said that his vision is impaired. He came with a prescription diet due to some past intestinal issues and we will evaluate his continuing need to be on that diet. He does need is food intake monitored as he will binge eat and then throw up (no free feeding for this guy!). He is being treated for an ear infection and has has a few in his life, so we are looking at possible diet changes for him.
He is otherwise healthy and has been well cared for. He will likely need a dental cleaning in the future due to his age. He is about seven years old.
