Bourbon - Trained!'s Story...
Bourbon! She is a lovely brindle lady. She's a Pit/Hound mix (we think - she's lanky!) and is about a year and a half, 45 pounds and spayed. Bourbon is WONDERFUL in her crate and with her house manners. She LOVES tennis balls -- she could play fetch all day long -- and she adores her Pittie foster sis Brooklyn. She is very smart and learns quickly. Bourbon is friendly with all people and dogs. She has also been to two weeks of professional training, so this girl has got manners (now it'll be up to her forever humans to keep the training on track!).

If you would like to meet Bourbon, please email bullseyerescue@gmail.com or fill out an adoption application at www.bullseyerescue.com.

Bourbon's adoption fee is $225. An adoption application and home check are required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bourbon - Trained!, a Atlanta Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
