Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, my name is Bo (#830), and I am a two year old male Boxer/Staffordshire Terrier mix. I have been checked out by a veterinarian and neutered. I received a set of preventative shots, have been wormed, and tested negative for heartworms.
I originally came to the shelter after my owner became ill and could no longer care for me. I need some training to help me learn to not jump on people. Because I do jump right now, it would be best for any kid in the house be older. I could knock over a small child. I am not mean just active. I really don't like those pesky things you call cats.
I do know my basic commands like sit and shake (plus give paw).
I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, and treats. You will receive a Rebate Certificate that can be used towards payment of a training course with the trainer of your choice. Sheltered Paws will rebate back to you a dollar value up to but not to exceed $100.00.
You can contact my friend, Kathie by emailing dog_picture@yahoo.com for more information on how I can become part of your family.
