Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, my name is Girl (#822), and I am a one year old female Lab/Staffordshire Terrier mix. I have been checked out by a veterinarian and spayed. I received a set of preventative shots, have been wormed, and tested negative for heartworms.
I was adopted but then returned because I was just too strong for the family to handle. I really do need training to help me learn how to safely walk on lead. I am very treat driven and know how to give paw and sit.
I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, and treats. You will receive a Rebate Certificate that can be used towards payment of a training course with the trainer of your choice. Sheltered Paws will rebate back to you a dollar value up to but not to exceed $100.00.
You can contact my friend, Kathie by emailing dog_picture@yahoo.com for more information on how I can become part of your family.
