Ariel's Story...
Her foster mom probably says it best: She is probably the best cuddler on Earth, when you can get her to slow down . She has more personaility than she knows what to do with. For instance, she is related to flying monkeys crossed with kangaroos. In an instant she can bound through the air on two feet and fly across the room in one leap! She is a professional tennis ball stealer, and loves to play fetch when no one else is around to steal it from her or to torment due to the fact that she has the ball and they do not ! She's drop dead gorgeous) and she knows it too!)

Her run is goofy and adorable due to her swimmer legs- she's a little speed demon, but her back legs get confused and turn into rabbit legs when she goes too fast! She is a ping pong ball in her kennel when I get home from work bouncing off the kennel walls getting ready to give you the kiss of a lifetime! She loves to eat icecubes and pine cones and peanut butter. She knows the rules and responds every time her sisters have to remind her for the 700th time who is in charge.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ariel, a Jacksonville Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Jacksonville, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Jacksonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jacksonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jacksonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jacksonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
