My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lobo was a surrender who had a terribly infected leg that required amputation. So, he is now a tripod and is healing wonderfully!! He's climbing stairs now with ease and loves his play time. He doesn't let the loss of his leg slow him down or hinder his mobility.

Needs a quite happy home with full time person there. He has shown some anxiety in the past when left alone but the foster says he seems to be improving and not barking so much when they leave the room. Loves to snuggle like a baby and be with you all the time.Enjoys burrowing under a blanket. Is also terrified of a vacuum cleaner!

Unsure how he would be around other dogs or small children being that he is so small and has some anxious tendencies. Meet and greets with all family members would be a requirement.

He has horrible flea allergies and because he is a Pomeranian he has special grooming needs. He is in need of a dental but not an emergency. The foster says that his skin has cleared up and his fur is growing back. They recommend to keep him in a t-shirt or light sweater as that seems to keep him from biting or itching at his skin as much.

Lobo is very smart and looking for the perfect placement for him.Only very serious should apply. Vet references a must. We will accept email application ONLY for Lobo. No phone calls or drop ins to see him.
