Cristal's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Cristal's Story...
CRISTAL (pronounced Cris-TAL), is a gorgeous buff colored tabby; thus the name Cristal after the champagne. Crystal is between 3-5 years old. She was found wondering the countryside and came to us as a loner, preferring to be by herself and not interacting with the other cats. She was fostered for several months and did very well. She feels safe in high places and loves to watch all that goes on around her. We feel she would do well in a home with no other cats and possibly with a nice, gentle dog. She is a sweet, affectionate (and a little shy) cat looking for her new home. Come meet her at Miss Kitty's during adoption hours on Friday and Saturday from 11 to 3.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cristal, a Prescott Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Prescott, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Prescott.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Prescott already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Prescott breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Prescott paves the way for another one to be saved.
