My name is Buttons and I have been at Miss Kitty's for over a year. When I was accepted into the house, I never saw my human companion again. I was afraid, I ran and hid whenever someone approached me, and I wouldn't let them give me love and attention. Finally, after many months of loneliness, I decided to let that loving hand touch me and make me purr. Why did I wait so long! It's wonderful. I am a petite tabby girl with a most unusual, cute little face. When I was born, my back legs were not quite right. The doctors say I am cow-hocked, meaning my knees turn in. But that doesn't bother me at all - in fact, they say I look like Charlie Chaplin when you watch me walking, and I guess I look hysterical when I run and play. I've come a long ways since that first day in a new place. I yearn to go home with someone who will love me and play with me and make me feel like part of their family. ***
CUTIE, CUTIE, CUTIE!! No wonder she is called Buttons because she is as cute as a button. Buttons has a very unusual, adorable face. She is a grey tabby with beautiful markings who would very much like to find her forever home. Buttons does well with a large, gentle dog. Buttons is a **LONELY HEARTS KLUB MEMBER**!!
