Meet Beau!
Beau is a 7 month old Newfoundland mix. He has an extremely sweet disposition and behaves really well for a puppy. He weighs 55 lbs at 7 months so he will be a large dog. He's a little shy when he meets someone new but warms up quickly. He hasn't shown any aggression towards smaller dogs or cats though he is a little skiddish around larger dogs. This is due to a lack of socialization and I don't expect it will be an issue once he's used to being around them. Beau was surrendered by his original owner because he's not a full blooded Newfoundland and his owner felt he was too hyper. In my opinion he seems pretty laid back which is consistent with the Newfoundland breed and very much so considering his age. Beau will make a wonder addition to any family though he will require plenty of exercise. And, trips to the lake, pond or river would be great for him.
