Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"Hello! My name is DAISY, and I'm a lovely Labrador Retriever mix. I'm two years old, and I think you'll agree that I have beautiful amber-colored eyes. I'm here at the El Cajon Animal Shelter because my previous owners had a baby who turned out to be allergic to me. I'm sorry that I had to leave my family, but I'm confident that a nice person or family will love me for my happy, spirited nature, then I'll be able to go to a home where I'll be loved and cherished forever. I'm a young, energetic gal, so I'd need to have a good-sized yard in my new home where I can chase after toys and get some exercise. Like most dogs, I'd do best with a good walk each day. I know how to sit on command, and I've already been house trained. I'm an intelligent, trainable dog, so I can learn just about anything you'd like to teach me. While I love people, I don't care for other dogs. As a result, I'd need to be the only dog in my new home. I'd love for you to come visit me. The shelter has a great play yard where we can spend some time getting to know each other, so I hope you'll stop by soon. I think you'll find that my charm and zest for life will bring you happiness. Love, Daisy" Kennel #3
