Reggie's Info...

Reggie's Story...
Reggie is another one of the fur babies who were found as strays last week. No one claimed him, so he will be available for adoption on Wednesday, the 4th. He looks a little sad, but he's a good boy. He's gentle and inquisitive and would love another chance at a real forever home. He's a shepherd mix with a small body and a beautiful big head. He's fairly young and full grown--just needs to fill out a bit. Come and see him smile emoticon

Act quickly to adopt Reggie. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reggie, a Jacksonville Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Jacksonville, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Jacksonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jacksonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jacksonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jacksonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
