Chase's Story...
Chase is a big beautiful boy, but his most spectacular feature is without a doubt his tongue! It is pretty much always poking or dangling out of his mouth--when he is dozing on the couch or at your feet, which is many hours of the day, or when he is looking up into your face wondering how he can please you. Chase is around four or five, a gentle giant in the prime of his life, but he plays with the gamboling goofiness of a puppy. He is great on the leash, a joy to walk, fully housebroken, and crate trained. Although Chase does not have a mean bone in his body, he can be intimidating simply because of his size, so we are recommending him to families who have experience with large dogs and bully breeds. We are guessing that Chase is a blend of bulldog and Mastif, with a dash of snuggly pit thrown in.
Chase is a FANTASTIC dog, and we would love for you to meet him! Please email info@morgansplacedogrescue.com if you are interested.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chase, a Redding Mastiff/Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mastiff/Bulldog for sale in Redding, or seeking a Mastiff/Bulldog dog from a breeder in Redding.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redding already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redding breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mastiff/Bulldog breeders who help with Mastiff/Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redding paves the way for another one to be saved.
