Hello. My name is Eve. I'm around 10 years old and I weigh about 45 lbs! Yes, that wasn't a typo. It says 45 lbs... I'm a "little bit" chunky...
I was surrendered to the pound because I would run off of my property and some of the neighbors were getting mad about that. I was mostly an outside dog there, but in the winter when it gets really cold, I got to stay in the garage.
My owner said that I am about half way housebroken and if I just had a little bit of work, I would make a great house dog. As you can see in my photos, i have had no trouble with making myself right at home here on the nice, comfy dog bed.
I'm a very sweet girl. I'm very loving and I like getting affection.
I get along great with other dogs, I like kids and my owner said I even do well with cats.
For being an older, heavy gal, I seem to get around well, I have nice, clear eyes and fairly decent teeth.
I got a bath when I arrived here at the pound and I was a very good girl!

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER JANUARY 4, 2015.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY SPAY SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
