Talking chihuahua-video-waiting 4 yrs's Story...

Chewbie has been searching for his forever home for 3 years now! He is a 7 year old male chihuahua, of about 25 pounds. He is a sweet, affectionate, loving dog who loves to cuddle and loves people. He also 'talks' quite a lot! He makes really funny noises like he is talking. He does it when he is playing.

He is good with other dogs of all sizes and we think he would be great with cats also. Chewbie would do best in a home without any young children who might pull on his tail or ears, or lean on him too hard.

Adoption fee is only $50. He is already neutered and used to using a doggie door to let himself out into a fenced yard.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fullerton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fullerton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Dachshund breeders who help with Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fullerton paves the way for another one to be saved.
