Flynn's Story...
Flynn is another pup from the litter we affectionately call the Train Gang (named by their foster mama's grandson who loves Thomas the Train).

Born in early November 2014, Flynn is a black lab mix, with brindle markings on his legs, chest and face. He's a good pup, and loves children and other dogs. His mama weighs about 45 pounds, and daddy must've been a traveling salesman passing though.

Puppies this age become what new owners mold them into. They are sweet, loving, happy, and eager to learn. They need to be taught and trained. They look at other animals as playmates. It is up to new owners to keep them animal friendly and turn them into wonderful family pets.

We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. Our adoption fee is $450 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, and transport up to the Northeast.***

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Flynn, a Naugatuck Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Naugatuck, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Naugatuck.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naugatuck already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naugatuck breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naugatuck paves the way for another one to be saved.
