My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Effie is about 2 years old. She was brought into the shelter with her sister and 4 pups. They were taken from their previous owner due to neglect. Unfortunately two of Effie's pups did not survive the shelter environment.

Effie is about 2 years old and most likely bred her entire life. She is about 25lbs and the definition of sweet. She get along with all kids, cats, dogs even chickens. She is a rather mellow girl and seems to have her basic training down very well. Effie is not a huge barker. but when she needs to go out she will go to the door and bark. She will not require an excess amount of exercise, and loves to just hang around her people. Effie will make an excellent companion dog, and a great option for first time dog owning families.
