BUTCH's Story...
Butcher or Butch as we call him at Rottie Nation unfortunately doesn’t have a unique story, we see more and more of this every few weeks. Butch’s family lost their home and had to move to a place that doesn’t allow Rottweilers. Butch’s world has been turned upside down literally overnight.

Although Butch has Rottweiler markings we think he is a mix with Doberman Pincher, he is a real good looking good with a great personality. Butch is young, probably 1 to 1 ½ years old. He gets along great with kids and all types of dogs. We are working on house training him now and he will require some obedience training. Butch is not aggressive at all but he will jump on you when he greets you. Don’t let these shortcomings deter you from considering adopting him. He is very young and full of energy. If you are looking for a real pal, then Butch is the dog for you.

If you can give this boy a great home please fill out our adoption application and come meet him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BUTCH, a New Smyrna Beach Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Smyrna Beach, or seeking a Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Smyrna Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Smyrna Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Smyrna Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Smyrna Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
