Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This dog is being fostered in Dallas, Texas and must be adopted within the Dallas, North Central Texas or Oklahoma City area.
NAME: Brooke
GENDER: Female (Spayed)
AGE: About 2 years
WEIGHT: About 8 pounds
DOGS/CATS: Great with other dogs, Unsure on cats
CHILDREN: Will be great with children
Meet beautiful Brooke. This little girl has a beautiful blondish red coat and her ears are beautiful - she almost looks like a little deer! She is as sweet as can be and is looking for a forever home.
Brooke is a wonderful little girl that gets along with everyone. She gets along great with her 4 legged foster brothers. Brooke enjoys playing with them and with toys. She will even "talk" to her toys while playing with adorable growling type
sounds! (She isn't really growling, but is showing her joy while she plays!).
Brooke also enjoys her humans. She loves to be close to you and will follow you around the house to ensure she is in on the family action! She loves to cuddle up on your lap and be petted, or even take a nap with you. So if you are looking for someone to chill with, Brooke wants to volunteer! We believe she would do equally as well in a pack, or as an only dog.
Brooke is extremely smart. She is already potty trained and will also use pee pee pads. If it is really cold outside or raining, she would prefer to use her inside pee pee pads (we told you she was smart - who likes to go outside in the rain - LOL). She also walks very well on a leash. She would love for you to take walks with her. And she rides well in a car. Brooke is also crate trained. She will go right into her crate at night. She loves to cuddle under the blanket, and is so happy if you help tuck her in by putting the blanket over her. What a sweet little girl this is.
Brooke is very quiet and gentle. We haven't heard her bark yet, even when the doorbell rings and the other dogs begin to bark. She just checks out what is going on, and is the calm one in the pack! We believe Brooke would do great as part of a family with other dogs, or would do just fine as an only dog too. At 8 pounds, she is a perfect size.
Brooke is spayed, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative and on heartworm prevention. She is ready to join a loving family - could that family be yours?
