If you're looking for a happy, playful, adorable companion Kit is sure to exceed your expectations!!! Kit was abandoned by someone who drove her out to a forest in Arkansas and tossed her out, leaving her to fend for herself. Thank goodness someone brought her to the safety of a rescue group and Kit has never looked back!! She's made herself right at home with the foster's dogs and she's an equal-opportunity buddy: Kit loves everyone!! She's been great with the visiting children who know how to behave with small dogs, she rides well in the car, she walks well on the leash (even though she sometimes plays tug o' war with it!!) -- it's impossible to believe anyone would ever dump her! We think Kit is somewhere between 2 - 4 years old, she weighs just about 9 pounds with a little more to gain (the perfect sized lap warmer), and she's a healthy girl. We have no idea what her true mix but with her blend of tiny, spunky and colorful, if there was a breed called a "Mini-Catahoula" she would be the breed standard!
