My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This gorgeous black and white girl is Petunia. She is such a wonderful fun loving girl who is a spitfire. Full of energy and a zest for playtime. She was found in a kill shelter when her owners turned her in for whatever reason. We were lucky enough to bring her in and find her to be a wonderful cat. At first we thought she was not a fan of other animals, but since she has warmed up to them wonderfully. Petunia has a craving for play and she can be 24/7 so she would do best in a home with another cat loving pet, dog or cat. Petunia will try to rule the roost so the cat should be submissive but energetic.

Petunia was adopted out previously. The older cat in the home did not enjoy Petunia's energy level (which we feared, but the family insisted it was a good match). So 1 month later Petunia came back due to no fault of her own. Petunia LOVED the children in the home and they loved her so much it broke their hearts to give her up.

Petunia is best matched with a FAMILY with children who can give her loads of playtime one with a cat loving dog or cat that has the energy level of this very social outgoing girl.

Petunia needs space to climb and run - She's not a cat for a small apartment. She enjoys the 2 levels we have here and really loves zipping up and down the stairs with Rodger and Patch.

Petunia does love to lay on your lap if it's free!

She is FIV/FELV negative, up to date on vaccines, spayed as of 2/10.
