My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tomahawk is a male 10 month old (Date of Birth June 2014) pure bred border collie. He is black and white with a smooth coat. Unfortunately, Tomahawk’s first owner died and his family could not keep him so he was relinquished to our rescue. As with most border collies, he is an active guy and loves to run and play. “Tommy” loves kids and does well with other dogs. He has started leash training and knows some basic commands such as “sit” and “down”.

Tomahawk will require at least a 6 foot fence. Raised around livestock he has a tendency to want to “herd” them. This is a natural border collie trait. Tommy loves to playball and is learning to fetch and play Frisbee. Tommy is housebroken and does well inside. Like most border collies he thrives on attention and just wants to be with you all the time. Tomahawk would make a wonderful addition to any active family.
