Newcastle is one of the Brew Crew puppies.

Born 11/06/14 this little boy is a darling long hair, chocolate doxie/chihuahua mix with beautiful markings. He is short to the ground, but that doesn't stop him from getting around! Newcastle has never met a stranger - he loves everyone and thinks tummy rubs are the best! He loves people and other dogs. He will need help with basic commands, leash training and potty training.

Fence/enclosed patio required for most dogs. We check your vet reference and fence. Dogs are current on vaccinations, HW negative, micro chipped, dental if needed and spayed/neutered. Email lldogrescue@yahoo.com for quickest response.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Newcastle, a Shawnee Mission Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in Shawnee Mission, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Shawnee Mission.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Shawnee Mission already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Shawnee Mission breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Shawnee Mission paves the way for another one to be saved.
