Miriam's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Miriam's Story...
Miriam (aka Mimi).....Mimi, WOW! What a great dog. She's an American Staffordshire Terrier, very
sweet, really smart. She is taking to instruction and correction perfectly.
She has been living with 2 Yorkipoos, Doberman and 3 cats with everyone
getting along well. The vet thinks she is around Two yrs old. She definitely
plays like one. She is strong and solid and so heartily barrels forward
that she'll need an owner who can deliver calm, assertive leadership. She is too strong for a home with toddlers
Whoever gets her is in for a real treat, she is a hidden gem.
Adoption fee 125.00 **UPDATE 2/24: Mimi had a horrid case of mange when we took her in but is now MANGE FREE and has gained some much needed weight. She is now 39 lbs and doing great.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miriam, a Avon American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier for sale in Avon, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Avon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Avon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Avon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Avon paves the way for another one to be saved.
