Messy Bessy's Story...
Messy Bessy is a female Yorkie mix girl. We believe she is approximately 5 years old, but will find out shortly for sure. She is friendly, gets along great with other dogs and cats. Loves people and walks pretty well on a leash. She was named Messy Bessy because she was a mess when she first arrived at the shelter, but after a trip to the groomers she is all spiffy.

Messy Bessy is looking for her forever home - might that be with you?

Messy Bessy resides at a rescue organization in Arkansas. Please contact Gail Ross at 870-431-8229, or via email at gailspets@hotmail.com to discuss this dog. Messy Bessy, a Oakland Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Oakland, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Oakland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakland paves the way for another one to be saved.
