Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is our sweet Lola. She is a long haired corgi mix. She is approx 3.5 yrs old and 23 lbs. Her needs are special, but she is different that most that we rescue. She was born with deformed front legs and feet. They are very short and stubby, but she has adapted very well to her life and gets around like a kangaroo on her back legs. She actually will surprise you with how fast she can run, both of her back knees were out of joint when we took her from the shelter and so our orthopedic surgeon operated on them and she was so happy as she could run even faster and move around really well. She is an amazing dog. She gets along great with all of the other rescues. She will need a backyard where she can be taken out to go to the bathroom. She would prefer to stay in her doggie bed if you let her, her favorite thing to do is look out of the front window and bark at squirrels . She sits up on her haunches and thinks that is a lot of fun, she is a great dog, very sweet who just needs someone who is willing to carry her outside a few times a day until she feels safe and goes out on her own. She is truly a beautiful dog and will provide a lot of companionship.
