My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cinnamon is a jaunty, high-spirited terrier mix, rescued as a street stray. He most closely resembles a Norfolk Terrier, although at 21 lbs he is larger than the breed average and he has a longer tail. His outer coat is wiry.

Cinnamon is an active guy, puppy-like in his energy level. A home where he gets lots of exercise - long walks, runs, hikes - would be ideal for him. He loves to play and enjoys fetching toys and tennis balls. Walking on leash is fun to him, and he is being trained not to pull. He knows the commands for "sit" and "crate up" and totally understands "no."

Cinnamon's foster parents think he's a great little dog. A terrier, he can be a little stubborn but has a happy and affectionate personality. He is good in the house and can be left alone a few hours at a time. He is crate trained and house trained, letting you know when he needs to go out. He is comfortable with with both men and women and doesn't bark at children playing outside the door.

Cinnamon does tend to bark at other dogs and needs a little fine tuning of his canine social skills. However, he is fine with the foster home cat - they even play together.
