I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and not good with cats.
Cashmere is a beautiful GSD with a super sweet personality. She is smaller than average for a female GSD but that is okay. She more than makes up for it with her big personality. Cashmere loves people and enjoys sharing kisses and sleeping at your feet. She is an independent girl and will test boundaries. And, when she does, she thinks her cute looks will let her get away with anything. Cashmere has a lot of charm and charisma and she certainly knows how to use it to her advantage (lol). It’s really quite funny to watch her antics. Cashmere does respond to correction and will need someone with experience in being the pack leader. Currently she lives with 4 other GSD’s and does fine. Her personality in a pack is more towards the middle, meaning she is neither alpha nor submissive. She will test her relationship with other dogs and figure out where her position is in a pack. If there is a submissive dog, then Cashmere will probably tends towards being dominant. But, if there is a dominant dog already in the pack, she will probably fall underneath. Her house manners are good. She is crate trained and house trained, and she has not had any bathroom accidents in her foster home. Cashmere is a young girl and enjoys romping, playing, and chewing toys. She is a medium energy dog and will need regular exercise and obedience training.
Currently Cashmere is undergoing medical treatment for heartworms and will not be ready for her forever home until late February/early March. If you are interested in her and willing to wait, please complete an application with her name on it. Cashmere is a girl full of beauty, elegance and charm, and she has a comical side that will keep you smiling.
