Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB: Sept 18, 2008
Pirate is a very handsome, docile cat with a lot of love to give. He loves getting kisses, belly rubs, having his paws rubbed and being brushed. He gets along well with other cats. He is not aggressive in any way.
He has a healthy appetite and will clean his plate. He likes having a bit of dry food around for when he gets the munchies.
So far he has not done much playing, but he uses his scratching post and litter box faithfully.
He loves to talk back when spoken to. He makes some of the most interesting sounds and even has a "bark".
He was rescued from outside. He has had a scrap in the past because he is missing part of his left ear.
He is FIV+. He recently had some teeth extracted and entropion surgery to correct an inverted eyelid. He still has a bare patch on my left front paw from the IV, but the fur is growing back nicely around his eye and on his paw.
Pirate loves to sleep on the bed and stays on his designated pillow at the foot of the bed. He is very quiet through out the night, except when he purrs or snores.
He has been a good calming influence on his younger and rambunctious foster brother who is not FIV+.
