Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The “S puppies” are here and could not be cuter! They have great outgoing personalities – Sloan is the biggest and about 25 lbs and the others are about 20 lbs each with Stormy being the smallest. They are 4 months old as of mid-January and they are a part of a group of 10 puppies that were rescued with two moms – it’s impossible to know which babies go with which because they all look a lot alike – one of the moms was a yellow lab mix weighing about 50 lbs and the other was a black and tan shepherd mix weighing about 45 lbs.
Sloan's foster mom tells us:
"Sloan is settling in. He is very submissive and so sweet. He is adorable with his squishy face!!! He got a bath and is happily sleeping.
Sloan is getting some confidence. We are working on him sitting, coming, and using the stairs. He is walking on leash better (without resistance and lying down). He has done well with house training and he likes to cuddle with us. He is learning so much and growing fast.
We think he would be happier with a furry sibling in his life, he loves our dogs and really follows their lead."
Sloan recently came to an adoption event with us and was so very sweet. He played beautifully with the other dogs and had no problem approaching new humans. He loved the children and had a blast with his siblings.
To apply to adopt one of the "S puppies", please check out our application on our website, www.luckypuprescue.org.
Please note: We do not have a physical location, but we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.
Thank you for considering rescue!
These sweet babies are here and are ready for their forever families to find them!
