Panda's Story...
Panda is a four month old Bernese Mountain Dog Border Collie mix. He came to us from one of the not so nice places in Utah where he was being given away for free. Panda is a very good boy who loves kids, cats, and other dogs. He can be a bit shy at first, but does well after he gets to know you. He is not yet house trained and will need a bit of work with that. He is going to be a big dog so he will need to go to a home that can accommodate tthat, he will need and active family to give him the mental an physical stimulation he needs. Panda's adoption fee is $150 if you are interested in this little cutie send an email to fullmermenagerieanimalrescue@live.com or give us a call at 435-406-6779

Fullmer Menagerie does approve out of state adoptions, however because of limited finances and volunteers we are unable to fly our pets to their new homes. All transportation arrangements and additional expenses are the responsibility of the adopter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Panda, a Salina Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie for sale in Salina, or seeking a Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Salina.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salina already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salina breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with Bernese Mountain Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salina paves the way for another one to be saved.
