FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED FOR FRANKIE! (2/17/15) This adorable little man was adopted from our senior dog rescue 2+ years ago. His mom's living arrangements are changing, and she has asked us to bring Frankie back into our rescue. Frankie is blind, but is healthy and happy. He is the perfect companion for a senior citizen as he loves to be home with "his person". Frankie is 10-11 years old and weighs about 16 lbs. We are looking for a foster or adopter in Central PA.
