My name is Chub and whether you are gone for a few minutes or a few hours, I will greet you with unbridled enthusiasm. I enjoy chew toys, playing kissy face, chasing balls, running like a demon after the other pups. I get along with dogs of all makes and models; some of them actually put me in my place cause I can be a little over the top. I don’t know how I feel about cats because I haven’t yet met the test cat yet but I think I could adjust. I am uber-smart and I am learning lots of important dog things but toilet training isn’t one of them. So if you adopt me, we need to work on that – patience will be required! Of course, I want a home where I am not alone all day; I must to go out every few hours and I am way too energetic to spend my days gazing into space. I know that your first reaction to my photo is going to be “I’ve got to have him!” but cool your jets and make the right decision. Rumour has it that I’m not an easy pup – very determined and already show some chutzpah. Keep in mind that Animatch has said that they will only let experienced humans adopt me. Puppy classes and basic obedience would be a necessity. I am going to grow up to be a great watchdog so no apartments or condos for me. Anyhow, I am looking for a home full of love that will provide me with lots of belly rubs and butt scratching. When I grow old I want to be with the same family who adored me as a puppy.
