Rascal came to the shelter as a stray so we know little of his past behaviors. He is friendly and outgoing and loves to meet new people! He appears to be house trained and does know some basic commands. He loves to run outside and pull on ropes! He does have an inner ear infection and will need ongoing ear cleaning and vet care. He is already neutered and ready to go home with you today!
