Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Highlander…a 9 week old mixed breed pup. His mom is a 55 pound lab/boxer mix, and his dad is reportedly a Great Pyrenees. He has his mom's face, and his dad's white fluffy fur! He looks a lot like his two sisters, Tacoma and Sequoia.
Because we do not know what size, weight, shape, or appearance Highlander will grow into as an adult, only those willing to take pot luck need apply. He is a typical puppy, full of puppy sweetness and puppy energy. Because he is still young, he should not be left alone for long hours and will need someone in his new family to help him with housebreaking, continue his socialization and general obedience. His adoption fee of $375 includes: vet exam, distemper combo and bordetella vaccinations, deworming, flea and tick preventative, heart worm preventative, microchip and neuter.
You can meet Highlander at Wilmette Pet Center, 625 Green Bay Road, anytime during store hours 7 days a week. (847-251-6750). Although you may want to adopt him on the spot, please know that you will have to go through the application process first.
