Cheyenne, 12 year old, female Weimaraner. Cheyenne has been with her current owner since she was a puppy. However, after a divorce, the owner had to move to a smaller home, where dogs are not allowed. Cheyenne would love a dog buddy to keep her company. However, she would also do fine as an "only dog". Don't let her age fool you! Cheyenne is very healthy and strong. She can scamper up and down the stairs in her home with the speed and grace of a much younger dog. She loves to go to the dog park, run, play, and chase her ball. Cheyenne is good with dogs of all sizes, but will chase cats, so a home without kitties is a must! She was raised with kids and does well with older kids. She has basic obedience skills, and would enjoy learning more while bonding with her new family in obedience classes. She is leash trained, but will pull initially on leash, then settles down after a little exercise. Cheyenne is spayed, house trained, crate trained, and current on vaccines.
