Nino's Story...
Nino is a 2 year old Whippet/Terrier? mix from Puerto Rico. He weighs about 30 pounds. Nino is a playful, friendly boy with lots of energy and a funny personality! He loves to run, jump, and play with other dogs and people. Nino is food motivated, but a bit stubborn (must be the Beagle in him!). He already knows "sit" and is house trained. He enjoys playing with stuffed toys and playing fetch. Nino would love to join an active family who will be able to give him plenty of exercise and maybe another doggy friend to play with. He is fun loving and is hoping for a family who will share their adventures with him! Please give Nino a loving home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nino, a Freeport Whippet/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Whippet/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Freeport, or seeking a Whippet/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Freeport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Freeport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Freeport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Whippet/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Whippet/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Freeport paves the way for another one to be saved.
